Refund policy

At Gabbu-G, we specialize in personalized and made-to-order products. Every order is crafted specifically for our customers; therefore, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, as production and processing begin immediately after order confirmation.

Personalized Products

Personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless:

  • The product received is significantly damaged during transit.
  • The product received is different from the order placed.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Minor Variations & Wear

As our products are handmade, customized, and individually crafted, minor variations in color, finish, texture, printing, alignment, or slight transit-related wear may occur.

Minor damages, scratches, dents, or imperfections affecting up to approximately 2-5% of the product's appearance shall not be considered valid grounds for replacement, return, refund, or exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any damage, defect, wrong product, or missing item, customers must provide:

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video.
  • The video must begin before opening the package.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.

Refund & Replacement Approval

Upon verification of the claim, Gabbu-G may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, at its sole discretion.

Approved refunds & replacements are generally processed within 7-12 business days.
